iDEAL Hire is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF/LTC assignment in Brookings, Oregon. The role involves 40 hours per week with day shifts in a scenic coastal community and a 13-week duration.

Responsibilities include functional assessments, ADL-focused interventions, and collaboration with the rehab team. Candidates should hold an OT degree, Oregon OT eligibility, and CPR certification or obtain it prior to start.

Competenze

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Complete functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety.
• Communicate resident progress with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure high-quality care.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered rehabilitation environment.
