• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or be in the process of licensure.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
