Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied seeks an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Grass Valley, California. The contract runs 13 weeks with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour day shifts, starting ASAP.

You’ll join a SNF/LTC setting, delivering skilled OT services under physician orders and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited program, hold a current OT license or be in process, and maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
