Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Lancaster, California. The OT must hold a California license, NBCOT certification, and BLS certification, with SNF experience or new grads with SNF clinical exposure.

Assignment length is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week. Shifts are days, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• BLS certification required (AHA certified).
• Minimum 1 year of SNF experience, or new grads with SNF clinical experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work day shift (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) with possible weekend coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams and document using EMR systems; NetHealth and PointClickCare training provided if needed.
