Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Saint George, Utah. The OT will evaluate and develop plans of care for diverse patient populations in acute care settings, working 40 hours per week with 10-hour daytime shifts during a 13-week contract.

Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensing; 1 year experience preferred, 6 months may be acceptable for exceptional candidates. Travel NST with stipend details to be determined.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR National Certification with state-specific licensing.
• 1 year experience required; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and to use medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and observe tasks.
• Evaluate patient condition and needs to develop a treatment plan.
• Educate patient and family on care and equipment use.
• Document patient progress for evaluations and billing.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation per guidelines.
