Job summary

You will evaluate patients’ functional, cognitive, and daily-living needs, perform assessments and treatments within your scope, document progress, operate required equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional, cognitive, and daily-living needs and establish individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver occupation-based interventions that rebuild independence in self-care, home, and daily activities
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, energy-conservation techniques, and home and activity modifications
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care as patients advance, directing and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants and the interdisciplinary team
