Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fremont, Ohio. The OT will work 40 hours per week, with a daily 8-hour shift, in a travel capacity and will provide direct patient care per physician orders.

The candidate must have a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, be NBCOT-certified, and hold or be in the licensure process for the appropriate state. CPR certification and at least one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited OT program and hold a Master’s degree.
• Must have NBCOT exam completion or eligibility.
• Minimum one year professional experience.
• Current state OT license or active licensure process.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct OT care.
• Establish and manage a treatment program with set goals.
• Develop and implement plans of care for OT patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
