Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited school required.
• Active OT license for the state required.
• CPR certification required.
• 6 months to 1+ year outpatient experience preferred (no minimum years stated).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic interventions to promote functional recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Conduct hand therapy, splinting, and outpatient therapy procedures as trained.
