Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with eligibility to practice in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment in LTC/SNF settings.
• Deliver patient-centered OT care for up to 40 hours per week during 8-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and discharge planning.
