Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehab and acute care assignment in Arlington, Texas. A valid OT license and hospital experience are required, with 2+ years in inpatient settings preferred.

Shifts are 8 hours, 40 hours per week, for 13 weeks starting December 1, 2026. The role includes a tax-free stipend, and Meditech experience; candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility and may float per policy.

Qualifications

• Active OT license required; no temporary licenses accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience in inpatient rehab or equivalent.
• Experience with neuro and ortho rehab and acute care settings preferred.
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration; references as specified.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and treatments for neuro and ortho inpatient rehab cases.
• Provide acute care evaluations and treatments in Ortho, Tele, and ICU units.
• Adhere to facility policies including rotating weekends and 8-hour days.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with care teams.
