Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Berkeley, California. The OT will provide inpatient/outpatient hand therapy, including splint fabrication and orthopedic upper-extremity care, across a diverse age range.

The role requires CA OT licensure, BLS, 5+ years in outpatient hand therapy, and certifications must be AHA or ARC. The schedule is 40 hours weekly with day shifts; references within the last year are required.

Qualifications

• CA OT license required.
• BLS certification required; 5+ years of outpatient hand therapy experience with splint fabrication.
• Certifications must be AHA or ARC.
• Two references obtained within the last year are required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and evaluation of patients.
• Splint fabrication for upper extremity conditions.
• Patient and family education on plan of care.
• Develop and manage plan of care and perform re-evaluations.
• Experience with a range of orthopedic upper extremity diagnoses.
