Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Sonora, California is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting 10/19/2026. This travel role requires 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour day shift.

You will assess patients, develop a plan of care, and provide skilled OT services per physician orders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should have a Master’s in OT, NBCOT, and California licensure or progress towards it.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license or in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services; provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient and provide skilled services as ordered.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
