Assured Nursing Inc. is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Greeley, Colorado.

The role offers a 40-hour workweek with dayshift hours (8 hours) and requires evaluation, treatment planning, and patient discharge planning to improve independence in daily living skills. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, updating treatment plans, documenting services, supervising COTAs, and collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
