Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a highly qualified Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in McMinnville, OR. The OT will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master's degree in OT preferred; NBCOT certification.
• New grads welcome; OT experience or OTA background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized therapy plans based on assessments and patient goals.
• Deliver individualized OT interventions per treatment plan.
• Utilize adaptive techniques and equipment to improve ADLs and work tasks.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Track progress, adjust plans, and document in medical records.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; participate in discharge planning.
