Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Huron, SD. The OT will assess referred patients, establish and administer treatment plans, and collaborate with the rehab team to achieve patient goals.

This travel role requires a Master's in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT, and current CPR, with a typical 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts. Must have licensure or be actively pursuing licensure for the state.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient and provide skilled OT services.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
