Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Woonsocket, South Dakota. The role focuses on direct patient care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

The candidate will be responsible for assessing rehabilitation needs, planning care, and delivering skilled OT services in a travel assignment environment.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process of licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of referred patients needing rehabilitation services and direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develops a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient and provides skilled OT services.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
