Qualifications

• Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Hawaii
• Graduate from an OT curriculum accredited by AMA/AOTA
• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and develop individualized intervention plans
• Assess home environment for hazards and barriers to independence
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations to improve outcomes
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations using a touchpad tablet
