Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional status and implement the physician’s plan of care.
• Conduct assessments and reassessments with objective measurements.
• Document communications and treatment activities accurately and concisely.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Adapt to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
