Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Forks, Washington. You will work 45 hours per week across days, with shifts from 9 hours, typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on four days and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on one day per week.

The role requires a state OT license, and experience with inpatient and outpatient populations. Travel housing and professional benefits are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience with both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver OT services in a travel assignment for 13 weeks.
• Attend to patients to improve daily living skills and mobility.
• Work Monday to Friday with defined daily hours and shifts.
