Qualifications

• BS in OT or MS in OT required depending on state requirements.
• NBCOT registration and state license required.
• Active license per state requirements in the state of employment.
• Driver's license required for travel assignments.
• Must have 1 year OT experience.
• Recent acute care experience preferred for acute care/LTAC settings.
