MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Benton, Illinois.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements may be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct care, medical condition evaluation, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance.
• Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
