Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role involves direct patient care, rehabilitation planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, have NBCOT certification, and at least one year of experience, with an active state license and CPR certification. Travel and housing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT exam passed.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care and evaluating medical condition, function and rehab potential.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Develop a care plan for each OT patient.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
