Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Tennessee is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled nursing facility therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

You will deliver patient-centered rehabilitation, collaborate with the care team to develop treatment plans, document progress accurately, and work both independently and as part of a team. State licensure required; BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License required.
• BLS Certification may be required.
