Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Lawton, OK. You will provide OT services in a hospital setting, perform assessments and treatments under supervision, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to support patient outcomes.

Weekly pay is $1,481 on a Days shift (5x8). Advantis offers onboarding support, licensing assistance, and benefits that start on Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist, following each patient's established plan of care
• Guide patients through activities of daily living, fine-motor tasks, and functional skills training
• Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and compensatory techniques within the established plan
• Monitor patient response during treatment and report progress and concerns to the supervising therapist
