Qualifications

• OT Experience: Primarily outpatient, some acute care.
• Skills Checklist: Current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Occupational Therapy).
• Supervisory Reference Forms: 2 completed within the last two years.
• Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS.
• Licensure: Active Michigan/MI Occupational Therapist License as per LARA.
• Geographical Restriction: Candidates' permanent address must be outside a 50-mile radius.
• Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month (Saturday).
