Responsabilités

• Review medical history and observe patients performing tasks.
• Evaluate patient condition and needs.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with defined goals.
• Assist patients with activities and home/workplace adaptations.
• Educate family and employer on care and accommodations.
• Document progress and adhere to guidelines.
