Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. The OT will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation.

Requirements include Master’s in OT, NBCOT, state licensure, CPR, and at least one year of experience; 40 hours/week with days shift on a travel assignment. Housing options and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled OT services.
• Assess patient needs, plan and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to evaluate team goals for each patient.
