Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license required.
• New graduates considered if Level II fieldwork experience is present.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer ADL retraining and therapeutic exercises.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehabilitation aides as needed.
• Document patient progress in electronic records.
