Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-Therapy seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Grants Pass, Oregon. The role is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and travel status.

Responsibilities include planning and conducting individualized OT programs in a nursing setting, helping patients develop daily living skills, and documenting progress. A state OT license and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Occupational Therapy license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home environment
• Helping patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities
• Teaching patients skills or techniques on how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities
• Studying, evaluating, and recording patients' activities and progress
