MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Oregon. The role requires a Master's in OT, NBCOT, state license (or in process), CPR, and at least 1 year of experience. Travel, 40 hours/week, days shift.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT exam passed.
• Minimum one year of professional experience.
• Current state OT license or in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders and collaborate with other disciplines.
