Qualifications

• Must have confirmed SNF post graduate experience.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state

BLS certification
