Job summary

Global Medical Staffing seeks an Orthopedic Surgeon for a travel assignment in Saint Louis, MO. The role covers pediatric ED and inpatient care with 24-hour call shifts (max 2 per month).

Inpatient and ED rounding are required in a pediatric orthopedic setting. Arthroscopy and hand tendon repair experience are preferred. ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required; licensing assistance and pre-paid travel and housing are provided.

Qualifications

• ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Experience in pediatric orthopedic surgery settings is preferred.
• Inpatient and ED rounding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour call shifts — max 2 shifts per month, 10 per year.
• Covering pediatric ED and inpatient patients.
• Both inpatient and ED rounding required.
• Pediatric orthopedic surgery setting responsibilities.
• Arthroscopy required; hand procedures and tendon repair preferred.
