Job summary

Barton Associates seeks an Orthopedic Surgeon for a 90-day locum assignment in Arizona, starting June 25, 2026. You'll handle a mix of procedures in a trauma facility, including arthroscopy and total joint replacements, while maintaining high patient care standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with support from a dedicated recruiter, and travel-related expenses, malpractice coverage, and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Experienced in arthroscopy and total joint replacements.
• Eligible to practice in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Perform arthroscopy, total joint replacement (hip, knee, other) and joint revision/repair.
• Handle spine, hand, tendon, nerve procedures with or without instrumentation.
• Manage 5-7 patient encounters per shift in orthopedic surgery.
• Provide care in a trauma facility.
