Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, seeks a Travel Ortho Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Dallas market team. You will seat and assist doctors chairside, prepare rooms, take X-rays, and travel between offices as needed to support multiple providers and patients.

This role emphasizes patient-focused care and collaboration with clinical and front-office teams. A current TX RDA certification, CPR, excellent communication, and a passion for creating a welcoming patient experience

• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams.
• Travel between supported office locations as needed.
