ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. The RN in the Operating Room plans, provides, and directs patient care in alignment with nursing processes and standards, collaborating with the healthcare team and supporting departmental education.

The role requires OR RN experience, BSN, Ohio licensure, and travel experience, with a 13-week assignment and a 12-hour shift pattern.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Current RN licensure from the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in Operating Room.
• Travel nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Develop and communicate collaborative plans of care across disciplines.
• Implement and evaluate care plans; modify as needed.
• Complete documentation using established tools and standards.
• Assess patient learning readiness and implement education plans.
• Lead and participate in nursing department initiatives and committees.
• Provide age-appropriate care tailored to patient population.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
