Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks an experienced travel RN in the Operating Room (OR) for Concord, North Carolina. The role focuses on perioperative patient care across a busy surgical department with nights, a 12-hour shift, and a 36-hour minimum weekly load.

The ideal candidate has a NC RN license, at least 5 years perioperative experience, and BLS certification; CNOR is preferred but not required. The position emphasizes teamwork, versatility, and responsiveness to overnight case requests.

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license.
• Minimum 5 years perioperative experience.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Circulating in a variety of surgical cases including trauma, orthopedic trauma, spine, cardiovascular, gynecologic-oncology, robotics and general surgery.
• Must possess charge nurse experience and proficiency in scrubbing.
• Flexibility to handle case requests during overnight hours and weekends on a rotating schedule.
