Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Dover Foxcroft, Maine. The assignment runs 10/26/2026 through 01/23/2027 with 40 hours weekly, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am–4:30 pm.

Positions require RN or CST credentials, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years OR experience. Cerner EMR experience preferred; scrubbing and room turnover duties are involved. Housing options and competitive pay included.

Qualifications

• RN with BLS/ACLS/PALS certification and Maine licensure.
• CST with BLS and CST certification and OR experience.
• RN/CST must have 2+ years OR experience; hospital-caseload exposure welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support a busy OR with general, ortho, GYN, endoscopic and urology cases.
• Circulate for RNs and scrub for CSTs across multiple case types.
• Master Cerner EMR, Pyxis, and Alaris pumps; participate in room turnover.
• Adhere to a strict 40-hour, Mon–Thu schedule with on-call requirements.
