Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. The assignment includes 16 weeks at 36 hours per week with 12-hour rotating shifts in a Level I trauma facility.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of OR RN experience, EPIC proficiency within the past two years, and a current BLS certification. Travel experience and scrub/circulating skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of operating room RN experience in trauma Level 1 facilities.
• EPIC experience within the last two years is mandatory.
• Ability to circulate and scrub, with skills checklists available in the application packet.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong surgical skills in General Operating Room procedures and multiple specialties.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through skilled nursing practices in the operating room.
• Maintain effective communication with surgical teams and patients.
• Participate in continual learning and skill development as per unit requirements.
