Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN - OR for a Level 1 trauma program in Columbus, OH. This travel assignment requires an active Ohio license, at least 2 years of OR experience, and BCLS+
The role supports 18-bed Level 1 trauma surgery with day and evening shifts, on-call hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. 13-week contract with a $2,427 weekly pay rate, and travel/licensure reimbursements.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio or compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
- Experience in Level 1 trauma centers
- BCLS certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Responsibilities
- Work in a Level 1 Trauma 18-bed Operating Room
- Circulating and scrubbing with a focus on ortho, neurosurgery, spine, and general surgery
- Assist in surgeries including general, robotic, laparoscopic, trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, plastics, burns, urology, GYN, and transplant
- On-call Monday to Friday 2100–0630 and weekend 12-hour shifts
- Complete patient charting in EPIC
- Collaborate with the surgical team to support patient care during procedures
- Travel and licensure reimbursements are provided
- RTO must be submitted with contract consideration and built into the agreement
