Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Keene, NH. The RN will participate in perioperative care, maintain sterile technique, and support the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care.

The position requires 1 year of OR RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification. Travel RN responsibilities include 40 hours/week, day shifts, and full travel benefits with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room by ensuring all required instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies are ready for each procedure
• Assists in positioning and preparing patients for surgery, addressing concerns and ensuring comfort and safety
• Maintains a sterile field and adheres to infection control protocols throughout procedures
• Anticipates the needs of the surgical team and provides instruments and supplies promptly
• Monitors the patient’s condition during surgery and documents significant changes for the surgeon
