Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. This position requires 40 hours per week, with 10-hour days, and a start date of 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks.

You will join a team of OR professionals, providing perioperative care from pre-op to post-op, serving as circulating or scrub nurse as needed. Active RN license, 18 months acute care surgery experience, and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing the nursing care patients receive before, during and after surgery.
• The OR nurse / OR RN also serves as patient educator, circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse.
• Circulating OR nurses work within the operating suite but outside of the sterile field.
• Scrub OR nurses handle and prepare operating instruments and equipment within the sterile field.
