Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Operating Room travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Fallon, NV. The role requires OR experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 1-2 years in acute care as circulating/scrub nurse.

Expect to support physicians, perform pre/post-surgical care, and communicate with families. The position offers 40 hours per week, days shift, travel employment, and a tax-free stipend determined during assignment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse; potential RN first assistant.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS; additional certifications may be required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and staff in caring for surgical patients.
• Provide pre- and post-surgery care and education to patients.
