Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Paris, TN. The RN will prepare the OR, maintain sterile technique, and collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality perioperative care.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of OR RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS. Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS/ENPC and CNOR. Travel benefits and comprehensive support are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room and maintains sterile field
• Assists in positioning patients and provides instrument support
• Monitors patient condition during procedures and documents changes
• Handles instruments, sterilization, and specimen transport per protocol
• Documents care in the perioperative setting and ensures handoffs
• Adheres to infection control, PPE, and safety procedures
