Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Bridgeport, CT. This role involves perioperative patient care, instrument handling, and collaboration with the surgical team in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of OR RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/ENPC and CNOR are preferred. Travel requisites include 40 hours weekly, days shifts, and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Ability to work in a travel assignment and manage variable schedules.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the operating room and ensure sterile technique.
• Position and prepare patients for surgery.
• Maintain sterile field and assist with instrument handling.
• Assist team to maintain efficient workflow during procedures.
• Document perioperative patient care accurately.
