Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking an OR RN Circulator for Tulsa, OK or Bartlesville, OK, at St. John Medical Center or Jane Phillips Medical Center. You will perform scrub and circulating duties and assist the operating physician to ensure safe, efficient surgical care.

Qualifications

• Nurse must be a Certified Registered Nurse.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma in Nursing or professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub functions including instrument selection and handling.
• Performs circulating functions including monitoring patient condition and nursing care during surgery.
• Assists operating physician with hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure.
• Prepares operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.
