Qualifications
- Cataract experience is required.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in surgical nursing.
- Experience scrubbing and circulating for surgeries is necessary.
- Phase I/PACU experience is required.
- Cerner EMR experience is mandatory.
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications are required.
- Must possess a valid Vermont nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Function effectively as a circulating nurse and scrubbing nurse in the surgical services department.
- Provide specialized care for a variety of surgical services.
- Administer care to patients aged 16 and older.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
