Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Operating Room travel assignment in Boston, MA. The 13-week role starts 11/23/2026 with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly and 12-hour night shifts. This travel position may require floating to other OR locations within the health system.

Responsibilities include scrub/circulate across general, robotics, transplants, orthopedic, neuro, spine, ENT, and more. Massachusetts RN license and BLS are required; non-local candidates over 50 miles away from site.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification maintained.
• OR scrub and/or circulating experience; preference for orthopedics, neuro, transplant, ENT, general surgery.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and/or circulate in OR for multiple surgical specialties.
• Prepare sterile field, set up instruments and equipment, assist with case turnover.
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and document events; communicate with surgical team.
