Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a travel OR RN for a 13-week operating room assignment.

This 40-hour/week position runs days, with 8-hour shifts. Requirements: 18 months of acute care surgery experience, active RN license, nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent Acute Care Surgery RN experience.
• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Act as circulating and/or scrub nurse as needed.
• Circulating OR nurses work in the operating suite outside the sterile field.
• Scrub OR nurses prepare operating instruments and equipment within the sterile field.
