Job summary

Qualifications

• Allied 6 months of experience
• Degree in corresponding specialty as required
• Appropriate certifications and licensure for the specific position

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team
• Coordinate across disciplines for transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support
• Provide patient/family education appropriate to age and condition
• Advocate for patient well-being
