MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Lone Tree, Colorado. You will work 40 hours per week with evenings, performing perioperative care and collaborating with OR staff.

Requirements include 18 months in acute care surgery, an active RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Housing or housing allowance and weekly pay are provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• 18 months of recent Acute Care Surgery experience.
• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide OR nursing care from pre-op to post-op planning and assessment.
• Act as circulating and scrub nurse as needed.
• Work within the OR to prepare instruments and maintain sterile field.
• Educate patients about perioperative care.
